Detroit: Final Nights is being set as a small chat, not looking to expand to the likes of varous other chats online.  With this in mind, our Staff is going to remain small compared to the player base.  As of this time, we will remain to having only 3 Storytellers - Vampire/Ghoul, Werewolf/Kinfolk, Mortal/Mafia - to allow the players that drive of working together when it comes to the stories being told.  Ghouls and Kinfolks may involve themselves in the Mortal Venue storylines, they are still mortals with their own little secrets.

Narrators: These individuals will be taken from the player base first and foremost.  The rule players need to follow when seeking to become a Narrator of one of the venues, is that they must be willing to put a few hours into the job.  This involves running scenes for players - this may include personal scenes players have been requesting.  Stories that Narrators wishes to run must be posted to the appropriate forum for Storytellers viewing.

Narrators will be selected to assist with the three venues.  Narrators will not have any access to the information regarding the Metaplot or any of the storylines ran by the Storytellers.  Narrators will not have access to update sheets - once we have our database up and running , as well as sheets via the forum until that time we have our database.  Narrators will have access to playing general NPCs but not access to those NPCs that have some dealing with some of the main storylines being ran by the Storytellers or the NPCs associated to the metaplot -this includes antagonists as well.

Narrators are not required to give up their player-character.  The first  rule in place - Do not be doubled-logged in IC with both the PC and the Narrator Name. We request that you do one or the other, not both here.  When you decide to narrate a scene, please give all your attention to your scene and the player(s) involved.  The second rule in place - Narrators cannot have their own PC involved in any scenes you are narrating and they cannot get involved in any storylines you may be running there after.

Vampire Narrators - Clan based Storylines may be ran for the players.  These storylines should be posted to the appropriate Storyteller forum for approval by the Vampire Storyteller.  However, they should not involve the giving/gaining of powers, magical items/doodads, diablerie, etc. -Detroit Vampire ST

Garou Narrators - Sept based Storylines may be ran for the players.  These storylines should be posted to the appropriate Storyteller forum for approval by the Garou Storyteller.  However, they should not involve the giving/gaining of powers, magical items/doodads, etc. -Detroit Garou ST

Narrators will be selected for Vampire, Werewolf and when it comes to Mortal - Police and Street Gangs are obvious ones that will be looked for -
